The Kinetica 3* Kitemarked thumb turn euro cylinder is a combination of the expertise from UAP and Fullex. The 3* cylinder market has been growing over the last 12 months or so with fabricators understanding the consumer need for greater door security without having to upgrade handles or add extra security devices. Fullex and UAP have worked together to try and develop the best value for money 3* Kitemarked euro cylinder on the market.

It also means that if a strap is put over the thumb turn from the outside, the thumb turn will just spin and not engage and open! It can be re-pinned as a keyed alike or even master suite range. And uniquely the Kinetica cylinder can even be keyed to the UAP+ 1* cylinder range. If you want for example a 3* communal entry door cylinder, and then a whole series of 1* cylinders on the house doors, we can do it. Likewise if you want a 3* cylinder keyed to a UAP rim cylinder, again we can do it - the options are virtually limitless! Please Note - 70mm 30T-10-30 Kinetica cylinders cannot be keyed alike to a bigger size Kinetica cylinder due to the central sacrificial cut line. However they can be keyed alike to UAP+ 1* cylinders and TL cylinders with a 25mm external side (30mm side if you measure X/X). 80mm+ size Kinetica cylinders can all be keyed alike together, and can key alike to UAP+ 1* cylinders and TL cylinders if it does not have a 25mm external side. The 3* Kitemarked thumb turn euro cylinder is available in satin nickel, polished brass and polished chrome. We believe that the market really wants a full finish euro cylinder. We know that the dual colour cylinders save stock space, but we don’t personally think that a polished brass handle looks good with a silver/chrome cylinder that has a brass plug. The industry has spent years producing and refining colour matched door furniture, and we really don’t think people want to throw that out of the window just to save some shelf space!
